Who can become a partner?
Anyone - developers, freelancers, marketers, or anyone with a network of businesses that could use an AI receptionist. No technical skill or existing relationship with Deskio AI required to sign up.
How much commission do I earn?
20% of every payment your referred clients make, for as long as they stay subscribed. Once 5 or more of your referred clients are active on a paid plan, your rate goes up to 25% automatically - no need to ask.
Is there a cost to join?
No - joining the partner program is completely free. You just sign up, get your referral link, and start sharing it.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are sent manually by bank transfer to the IBAN details you provide in your dashboard (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Payoneer are coming soon). Once your available balance crosses Rs 10,000, you can request a payout - confirmed by a one-time code sent to your email - and we'll be notified right away.
Is there a minimum before I can withdraw, and how soon after a referral pays?
Yes to both. Commission only counts toward your available balance 30 days after it's earned - a standard hold so a referral's payment has time to clear before it's paid out - and you'll need at least Rs 10,000 available before you can request a payout, so we're not processing withdrawals one at a time for small amounts.
What do I need to provide before my first payout?
Your full name as it appears on your CNIC/bank account, your CNIC number, and your bank details - Bank Name, Account Title, and IBAN - plus front and back photos of your CNIC. This confirms you're the real owner of the account we're paying, and it's a one-time setup: once it's on file, requesting future payouts is just the OTP confirmation step.
How long do I keep earning from one referral?
For as long as the business you referred stays a paying customer - every month they renew, you earn commission on that payment again. It's not a one-time reward.
How is my referral tracked?
Your referral link carries your unique code. When someone signs up after clicking it, they're automatically linked to your account - no manual reporting needed, and you can see every referral and its status in your dashboard.
What's a Partner Manager?
A Partner Manager is a partner who's been given oversight of a group of other partners, and earns an additional 5% on the same invoices their managed partners already earn commission on - it doesn't reduce what those partners make, it's a separate override. It's an admin-assigned role, not something you can request or unlock yourself, so if you come across a "Manager Overview" screen somewhere, that's what it is.
How is my data kept safe?
Your CNIC and bank details are encrypted at rest, payout requests require a one-time code sent to your email before they go through, and we run fraud-detection checks to catch self-referral attempts. On the account side, you can review and revoke your own active login sessions at any time, and idle sessions log themselves out automatically. We won't oversell this as more than it is - it's real, specific protection, not a marketing claim.
What if I forget my password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the partner login page - it emails you a reset link so you can set a new password yourself, no need to contact support to get back in.
