Answers about your referral link, commission tiers, payouts, and everything else in your partner dashboard.
The Partner Program lets you refer businesses to Deskio AI - an AI receptionist platform - and earn a recurring commission on every subscription payment they make, for as long as they stay a customer. It's free to join, open to anyone (developers, freelancers, marketers, or anyone with a network of businesses that could use it), and doesn't require any technical skill.
Sign up with your name, email, and password from the Partner Program landing page. You'll get a verification code by email to activate your account, and once verified you're taken straight to your dashboard with your own referral link ready to share - no approval wait.
Joining is completely free. You do need to be 18 or older and agree to the Partner Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy when you sign up. The Partner Program's signup step is currently limited to Pakistan (payouts are in PKR and require a Pakistani CNIC for identity verification) - the landing page itself is visible to anyone, but creating an account is gated to that region.
It's shown at the top of your Dashboard as soon as you log in, and also available from the Marketing Kit page. It's built from your own unique referral code, so every click and signup through it is automatically tied to your account.
When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is set in their browser that remembers you referred them. If that person signs up for Deskio AI any time within 90 days of that click, the signup is automatically credited to you - even if they don't sign up on the same visit. You don't need to do anything to make this happen; it's tracked automatically in the background.
No. Your referral link works anywhere you can share a URL - social media, WhatsApp, email, or in person while helping a business get set up. Plenty of partners never touch a website at all.
20% of every payment a business you referred makes, for as long as they stay subscribed (this is the Silver tier, and it's what you earn from your very first referral - no minimums, no waiting period). Once 5 or more of your referred clients are active on a paid plan, your rate increases to 25% on your whole book - this is the Gold tier.
Your tier is recalculated live from your actual count of active referred clients (clients on a paid plan, not just a free trial) - it's never a stored number that can drift out of date. Reaching 5 active clients unlocks Gold permanently as a one-time milestone, not a monthly quota you need to keep hitting - it only ever moves up, never back down.
Anyone who signs up for Deskio AI after clicking your referral link (or within the 90-day cookie window after clicking it) is tracked as your referred client. They show up in your dashboard right away, but you only start earning commission once they're on a paid plan - a free trial signup alone doesn't generate commission yet.
It's recurring, not one-time. Every month a client you referred pays their subscription, you earn your commission percentage on that same payment again - for as long as they remain a paying customer. There's no cap on how long this continues or how many clients you can refer.
It depends on the client's industry and plan tier - dental, real estate, and insurance each have their own Starter/Growth/Business pricing. Your dashboard and the Partner Program landing page both show the exact current plan prices and what 20%/25% of each one works out to, along with an interactive calculator so you can estimate your earnings for any number of referred clients.
No - there's no cap on the number of businesses you can refer or the commission you can earn from them.
From the Payout Settings page in your dashboard, once your available balance is at or above the minimum threshold. Requesting a payout is a two-step process: clicking Request Payout emails you a one-time confirmation code, and entering that code confirms the request - this makes sure a payout can't be triggered by anyone but you, even if your session were somehow compromised.
Yes - your available balance needs to reach at least Rs 10,000 before you can request a payout. This avoids processing very small withdrawals one at a time. You can see your current available balance, and how much more you need, on the Payout Settings page at any time.
New commission is held for 30 days (a "Net-30 hold") before it moves into your available balance - the same kind of window used industry-wide to let a refund or chargeback settle before a payout goes out. It's not a way to sit on your money; it moves to available automatically once the 30 days pass. Your Payout Settings page shows both your available total and your pending (held) total separately.
Your full name exactly as it appears on your CNIC/bank account, your CNIC number, your bank details (Bank Name, Account Title, and IBAN), and front/back photos of your CNIC. This confirms you're the real owner of the account being paid. It's a one-time setup - once it's saved, future payout requests only need the OTP confirmation step, not re-entering everything.
It verifies your identity before any money is sent, so your earnings can't be redirected to someone else's bank account. Your CNIC and bank details are encrypted at rest, and CNIC images go through the same validated upload handling used elsewhere in the app (real file-type checks, image re-encoding, and rejection of unsafe PDFs) rather than being stored as-uploaded.
Bank Transfer to a Pakistani IBAN is the only payout method active right now. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Payoneer are shown in the dashboard as planned options but aren't wired up yet - selecting anything other than Bank Transfer is rejected.
Yes - the Commissions page in your dashboard lists every commission earned from your referred clients, and the Payout Settings page shows your available and held balances. Once an admin marks a payout as sent, it's recorded against a real transaction ID, not just marked "paid" with no record.
No - only one unfulfilled payout request is allowed at a time. Once your existing request is processed, you're free to request again once your available balance is back above the threshold.
A ready-to-send email template, a social banner pack (square, link-share, and story sizes for Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn), a printable one-pager overview, a full pitch deck, and an FAQ sheet written for prospective clients - all downloadable from the Marketing Kit page in your dashboard, pre-filled with your own referral link where relevant. A demo video is planned but not available yet.
The Referred Clients page lists every business that signed up through your link, along with their industry, how long they've been a client, and their current plan value. Your Dashboard also shows a live activity feed of new referrals, commissions earned, and payouts sent.
Yes - both are on the Account page. Changing your password also signs you out of every other device you're logged into, as a security precaution (your current device stays signed in).
The Account > Sessions page lists every device currently signed into your account, and you can revoke any of them individually at any time. Sessions also log themselves out automatically after 3 days of inactivity. Every successful login sends you an email notification with the time and approximate location, so you'll know right away if a sign-in wasn't you.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the Partner Login page - it emails you a reset code so you can set a new password yourself without contacting support. Completing a reset also signs out every other device on your account, in case the old password was compromised.
You can turn off business-update notifications (like new referral or commission emails) from the Account page. Security notifications - like the new sign-in alert - are sent regardless of that setting, since those exist to protect your account rather than to inform you of business activity.
A Partner Manager is a partner who's been given oversight of a group of other partners. A manager earns an additional 5% override on the same invoices their managed partners already earn commission on - it's a separate bonus on top, not a cut taken from those partners' own earnings.
It's an admin-assigned role, not something you can request or unlock yourself through normal referral activity. If you're made a manager, a "Manager" section appears in your dashboard sidebar automatically.
A manager gets three extra pages: Manager Overview (a summary of override earnings), Managed Partners (the list of partners under them), and Override Commissions (a detailed log of every override-earning invoice). These are read-only views of your managed partners' activity for the purpose of your override - a manager doesn't edit or control a managed partner's own account.
The full Partner Agreement, including how referral attribution and commission tiers work, is available at the Partner Agreement page.
Partner-specific versions of both are linked in the footer of every Partner Program page, or directly at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
It explains the small, specific set of cookies used on Partner pages - your login session, CSRF protection, the deskio_ref referral-attribution cookie (which lasts 90 days), and a cookie-consent preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used on Partner pages. See the full Partner Cookie Policy.
Your CNIC and bank details are encrypted at rest, payout requests require a one-time email code before they go through, and fraud-detection checks run on every referral to catch likely self-referral attempts. Full detail is in the Partner Privacy Policy.
